The team was super helpful in getting our Prius keys working again! They fixed one of our fobs and transferred the chip from the other into a new shell. Very quick service and way less $ than we were expecting to spend. Thanks for a great experience, we'll definitely come back if we have any similar problems in the future.

I came here to get a key/key fob programmed for my 2012 RAV4. It took literally five minutes! They charged $85 ($10 for a chip for the key and $75 to program it). The dealership was going to charge me $200+ for a new key and $140 to program it. Definitely come here, they are awesome!!

Both a used 2015 Toyota Camry and it only came with one key. I wanted to have a spare key and Palmer lock and key was my choice. I saw they already had good reviews so I went there and they cut an programmed a spare chip key for a quarter of the price my toyota dealer was asking for. Key works excellent..i am very happy and highly recommend this business! 5 stars!Thank you!

My daughters key to her car had a problem working and she couldn’t get the car to recognize it so her car would not start. We called Palmer Lock and Key and they fixed the issue in the same day ! Such life savers as a dealership would have charged a fortune. I highly recommend them.

I stupidly left my keys in my door last night and went to leave the next morning and they were gone. I was freaking out because my car and house keys were together. I called AAA and waited 2 hours and no tech had reached out yet so I found these guys. Billy answered the phone right away and gave me his cell number to send him a picture of my license and registration so he could cut me a new car key. He came right to me after his shop closed and programmed the new key to the car. I was telling him about how my house keys were lost as well and I was so nervous to leave and go buy a new deadbolt so he offered to rekey the deadbolt as well and ended up doing it no charge! He gave me 2 keys for the new deadbolt. I would definitely use them again he was fast, efficient, very kind and personable and the service was fairly priced as well. Thank you so much you're the best!

Went to Palmer Lock looking for a drive latch for my lock set that was broken. They didn't have one in stock but found one for me from another dealer. Went above and beyond. I've used them before for lock replacements before. They are fantastic. Very knowledgeable professionals.

He encountered a doorknob that needed to be replace and was able to replace it with the same model/make and make the necessary adjustments for functionality.I highly recommend Palmer Lock & Key.
